Here it goes...

I am creating this blog as a way to stay accountable to the goals that I want to achieve in 2018.  One of those goals is writing a blog...ha!  So, here it goes.  I am notorious for starting things and not quite finishing them.  One might call me a butterfly, flying from one thing to the next.  I'm going to use this space as a place to make my goals a reality!

January goals

1.  Complete 21 Day Keto Reset by Mark Sisson

2.  Create a blog

3.  Walk 1-2 miles 3 times a week

4.  Continue meditation practice

and now the WHY??

I want to complete the 21 Day Keto Reset because, like most people, I over indulged during the holidays and want to get back on track.  I've been hearing about this keto thing for awhile and thought I would give it a shot.  My goal is for better energy and weight loss. 

Blogging is a good way for me to stay on track with my goals.  I have a lot of good ideas, but sometimes lack the follow through.  Hopefully staying intentional with this blog will help me do that.  

I have been dealing with a goofy hip injury for quite awhile and want to start becoming more active again.  This time I'm starting out slow and I think walking would be a great start.  

I recently completed a forty day meditation challenge and felt great, more grounded and centered.  So why did I quit?  Good question.  Time to get back to it.  I will be continuing with the Rod Stryker meditation to increase shakti.
